About Me.

Motion Designer.
Photo Manipulator.
Performance Designer.
Enemy of Push-Pull Doors.
Hi there! I’m Michelle, a graphic and motion designer from Spokane, Washington. Now based in Buenos Aires, I design by day and, despite being fluent in Spanish, still get outsmarted by everyday life here at night.
Over the past 6 years, I've worked with brands like Allstate, CorePower Yoga, 1440, and Skillz, blending storytelling, performance design, and visual experimentation. I grew up in the country with not much to do and a cooler sibling who had better things to do than hang out with me, so I filled the time making Photoshop monstrosities. That early love for the surreal and slightly unhinged has stuck with me ever since.
After studying Design, Spanish, International Business, and Psychology at Western Washington University, I moved to Buenos Aires and joined Tinuiti, diving deep into growth marketing and learning to create scroll-stopping ads that actually perform. Along the way, I've also freelanced with creative agencies globally on everything from branding to digital campaigns.
These days, I specialize in surrealist, photorealistic motion design that makes people look twice. I'm passionate about helping brands bring personality and punch to their visuals, whether it's through animation, design systems, or digital weirdness that just works.

When I'm Not Designing...

I'm passionate about building community and creating space for genuine human connection. In Buenos Aires, I cohost BA Colectivo, a cross-cultural group that brings locals and foreigners together through intentional, meaningful gatherings. Collaborating with Epic Llama, I help run the Buenos Aires branch of Get Sh*t Done, a facilitated coworking session for creative flow and accountability (you can see us playing 'Eye Ninja' in the video above because apparently that's how we maintain focus), and F*ck the Small Talk, a conversational event designed to skip the surface and dive into deeper, more human conversations.
When I'm not hosting something, I'm learning how to sing and songwrite, playing soccer, or traveling this great big world whenever I get the chance.
